Refund policy

Vale & Arden stands behind the quality of every garment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return: Contact us at [hello@valeandarden.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are available for size or fit concerns, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange.
